Default Vanquish Currie F9

I'm surprised I can't find any mention of this on here yet.
No mention of release date I've seen as yet.

SSD has a $100 version of the ford nine inch they're calling the diamond axle. They make it for the Wraith and SCX10. I wonder how the Vanquish version will differ besides the obvious licensing. I love the faux welds on this and my Curries. Can't wait for more info.

SSDs Diamond axles are only wraith width currently but an SCX width is in the works. For sheer drool factor, VP wins....hands down

Seriously? Looks like my brand new SSD housings are going up for sale. Just kidding.

On a serious note, I am curious how they will compare to SSD housings.

So whats the chances that the exsisting currie tubes are interchangeable?
Would be great if we can just buy the new centre section.

Harley already confirmed on Facebook that the Currie tubes will work.

I can't wait to see what the third member drop outs going to look like. I'm sure it'll be just like the ssd axle though.

I've had issues with the multi piece Currie axles coming loose. Hell all my scale buddies have had the same problem. I would never bash Vp they make some really nice stuff....... We have a new company that has taken the scale world by storm and their one piece housings are not only sexy they are priced fair for the same quality as VP or better! This company has listened and produced at a rapid rate. I'm a believer and a big fan of SSD!

Yes but they had it produced in weeks not months to a year. I'm sure the front axle will be out next week. Lol

We didn't even know about this axle until some came talking crap in the vp sections. I've never had my Currie come.loose and I beat the crap out of it on my yeti. Saying same or better quality is far premature as the centered SSD wraith/yeti axle has proven.

Not talking crap my man. I own a ton and I mean a ton of vp goodies. I'm simply saying a one piece axle housing with smaller diameter and thicker tubes is better IMO! Oh $99 buys the entire housing. Just sayin.

Seeing that the SCX one uses stock shafts yeah should work great all depends what you want for me...VP wins it I love the currie branding and the scale welds.

I know your not talking crap but someone did which is why we knew about the F9 before VP wanted us to.

Gotcha. I probably did pump up SSD a bit much but I'm pretty pumped they are here On the same note my SSD housings are equipped with VP VVD HD's and stage one kit. If you produce quality parts I will buy them.
