| Axial Wraith Brushless Help
So awhile back I got an Axial Wraith Poison Spyder RTR. I have an RC4WD 2 speed transmission in it and have the stock 60/15 32 pitch gearing from that transmission. I'm looking for a brushless system for it that I can use for mainly speed and just a bit of crawling. It's main purpose is going to be a rock bouncer/ rock racer. Any suggestions? I'd like your guy's input on what system/brand/kv I should get. Thanks in advance! |

You will not be happy with the VXL motor at all. My sons little "bouncer" has a fuze 3300 (4 pole) combo from a glamis uno. Great little combo but it still cogs if he tries to crawl, but he just beats it on the beach so it serves its purpose in there lol. Mine has a turnigy 1900kv motor and it crawls like my pro4's (3300 and 4000kv) but it takes 6s like a champ and the MMP loves it!! (not to mention they were only $32 ). There are tons of threads with same info, check them out as you will get some good ideas on how they are working out with gearing , temps and uses. Enjoy! |
