Default Servo transfer case?

Looking to us a continuous servo to control the dump function on a 6x6 I am building.

I was wondering if anyone had a idea on a transferee case or some set of gears I could use to the servo would spring fast. Like 2:1 ration would be great.

Thanks

Servo City sells servo mounted gear boxes and 32p and 48p gears to make your own. Other than these the D-Lux 7980 gearsets are the only ones I'm aware of.

Thanks. I have looked into those. I really want something that in addition of making it doing faster, it also goes in one way and out another. It will help me with clearance issues.

If anyone else has a idea that would be great

I'd highly suggest doing some reading on gears. The math is pretty simple. You'll probably need to design your own setup to get exactly what you want.

The LR12 micro linear actuators are used in scale construction equipment and robotics. L12 Micro Linear Actuators & Servos

The R in LR12 specifies a servo interface so you just plug it into your receiver and you are good to go. They come in various gear ratios and lengths.

This video shows how it works.

A couple of short video examples of it in action.

Thanks! I have seen and looking into those too. That's awesome! I think I figured out how to mount my continuous servo.

Wish the actuators were a little less money. I'll see how this works out and may have to spend a little more to make it right!

I think I need to come with a level mechanism to dump. Something like this.
