I'm trying to make it, but trade show schedule is getting tough. It looks like getting in on Thursday is shot and would need to leave Saturday night or butt crack of dawn on Sunday to make it to other events. Events back to back on the East coast punctuated by a NorCal trip over the weekend. That makes for a tired Helios! ;)

well... i have been looking forward to this for almost a year (ever since I got into RC) but was offered a trip of a lifetime crewing on a 60' motor sail from San Diego to Seattle. The captain said that we would most likely not be in Seattle until the 16th.   now my little brother is gonna run my rig for me instead. see you all next year I guess!

Same. Thinking about picking up a new SCX10 II and going this year. After being out of RC for the past 4 years or so (well I still have an Axial EXO Terra I drive like once a year) I happened upon a YouTube video of the new SCX10 II and am in love. About 5 years ago I happened upon a forum post about Axialfest happening that very weekend, so made the 90 minute drive up there to check it out. Since then always wanted to go back again as a participant, but ended up taking a break from the hobby and sold off all my cars except for my EXO. Interested to know when it is this year so I can schedule the rest of my summer around it. Also question for those who have been and run the G6. How many 5000mah battery packs to complete a stage? |
