Default Nylint Motor

How do you take the top part off the differential, basically to get 2 the FRONT motor? Taking the bottom off is easy, the top seems like a diff story.

take off bottom cover, take off the hubs, take out the axle/planetarys, take out the 4 or 5 screws holing the black piece in, and then pull out the motor

Well the reason its so hard is because i have a 2nd Gen, and there is like pins..they are not screws so i cant get them out.
