|  Sometimes you just run into some of "those" people
For those of you that havent seen my "build" threads. I have had trouble starting a build and then having to sell everything because I ended up getting a little too confident with my budget. Its been quite the soap opera. I still stay connected with the community with my painting and looking at builds but always have that itch to build something. I got a pm from nerby the other day telling me he was sending me a body to paint, he never got in touch before hand... just sent it. Got the package today and it was MUCH heavier than a lexan body. It was also addressed from nerby/snaponboy. I open it to find this.  complete ready to go scx10, batteries and a charger with a flysky controller. I honestly dont even know how to say thank you in a way that actually shows how much i appreciate this. Thank you both so much, this will be a very nice distraction from other things in life. Ive never met either of you in person but I am so glad to have friends like the both of you.  |

So Cool!!! You guys are awesome! It's called passing it forward in one of the nicest ways, and you will be rewarded in some way, some how by someone in a way you may not even realize. At 67 this how I try to fashion my life now. Natedog and I have been talking about this a lot lately. Life should be more about positive happenings and experiences than how many THINGS we can amass. Hope this isn't taken the wrong way by some, because I do believe I having toys and playing. Ernie, |

Wow, first time I've seen anything like this on a forum. Beyond cool. I too have made quite a few good friends since joining and am proud to be a part of this community and family. We all just need to keep paying it forward and that one random act of kindness that was shown to you can really grow into something that affects countless people in a very positive way.

That is freaking awesome. I'm imagining what it would be like to be having financial difficulties and to receive a package containing my favorite toy, and I'm actually choking up a little.
