It's out of my Vekta.5. It's like a giant Yeti. We are doing some 5th scale U4 racing this weekend at my place and I am getting everything ready this morning.

How is that thing? I have contemplated Gas 1/5s for a while now but was stuck between this and the Losi 5. The Vekta is a better RTR by the looks, and I like my Yeti XL, but I haven't seen much about the Vekta. That axle looks like a work of art, and doubles as a club if needed.

I have a Baja 5b, 5ive T and now the Vekta. Vekta hands down. It's a monster . My 5ive t is a money pit and even with a $500+ steering servo upgrade it's still not up to what I think it should be. It's hard on drive cups also. The Baja his fun it a lot of ways but a pain to work on. I can't speak to the durability of the Vekta as I have only had it a couple months but its my favorite. I will probably see the 5ive and do a kraken conversion on the baja.

It only looks small in the pics. It's a 10mm shaft on the pinion. The gear is 18mm across.
