Default Shock Mount ?

Okay I am building a tuber with x-factor axles and a e-maxx trans. What I need to know is where would be best to mount the shocks. Should I mount it on the axle or the links. I don't know if I mount them on the links if it will give me a lot of torque twist. I see most people running them on the axles. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Your right, mounting shocks to links on a shafty will give you problems. I tried it and hated it. Mounting directly to the axles is better. The more "lean angle" you have on the shocks the easier it'll cycle through it's travel. Also leaning them in increases articulation.
