| My new HPI King build!
Still alot to do but the parts fell together very well. Have only had to drill 4 holes so far. (i'm a lazy a$$ when it comes to fabing):-P And a new wheel idea i want to try out. I know they are not "legal" but i like the 1/8th buggy moab. They fit right on, a front and rear cut standard maxx wheel! Kinda "dub city" look i dont really care for though. |

I prefer the standard moabs.. Either way, your truck looks good!

heheh pretty cool. I think Whip & Skeeno started an epidemic on these lol. Oh & the 40s wouldn't make a good crawler tire imo. To short & hard a sidewall. Something that'll flex on the rocks works way better. Least that's what I learned from the real deal of my days 4x4n. Last edited by 2low4u; 02-11-2007 at 05:30 PM. |

Yeah it was pretty quick to put together. They are not 40's, the thin wall set are 1/8th buggy tires and the other set are just 2.2. |

I prefer to use a taller tire with the width of the WK axles. 2.2 Moabs seem too small for my taste. I'd be willing to bet that those 1/8 tires would work well if you run no foams and seal the wheel/tire airtight. |
