| Looking for a SWB Crawler, reccos please :)
Hey guys, I currently have an SCX10 II which I really like and is very capable but I'm looking for something I can run short wheelbase bodies on such as a D90, FJ40 etc. Can anyone recommend a short wheelbase chassis that is capable on the rocks in this size? Cheers Simon |

I have no experience with it, but I have heard good things about the 3racing ex real. It can do both LWB and SWB, it's a $165 kit. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk |

MST CMX is good for SWB rigs.

My ECX barrage has a 252 mm wheelbase so it compliments my SCX10 well. I've attached photos of it as a Tamiya 1973 Bronco, a Proline 1966 Ford F100, and a size comparison to my SCX10 and Bomber. |

RGT Bowler comes in at 280mm wheelbase.... 380 motor though so that may be a put-off. It's like an updated ECX Barrage. I have one and have been very impressed with it, actually.

Another vote for 3Racing's "Ex Real" kit with stock 2-speed tranny, 35t 540 motor, CMS, beadlocks, metal links and gears for $180 shipped: http://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?p...3#.Wn57NSNRU0P ... and a build thread: 3Racing Crawler Ex (EX Real) |
