Default RC4WD steering stabilizer

I'm interested in the steering stabilizer s from RC4WD. Just not exactly sure how to mount them and adjust them. Not much info I can find

They mount just like the stock steering link. The rod is threaded and just screws in or out to the length you need. I removed my steering link and made it the same length and replaced it with the stabilizer. Also it is not a true stabilizer just for looks and performs the same as the stock link.

The link threads in to the stabilizer body for adjustment. There are two different size ranges available. Just measure your current link and order the RC4WD stabilizer unit that falls within the dimensions of it.

A regular shock with hard springs on both sides of the piston. Can be internal spring type shock for better looks, but you can put springs inside a regular shock body too. Only problem is finding and/or making the springs of the right size and rate. Find a shock about the right size and adjust length with preload and different shaft rod ends.

I've had the best using a losi MRC shock as a functional steering stabilizer with CMS type steering setups. I did not run any springs inside the MRC shock...it was for looks. Will need to get creative with the mount on the axle and the mount on the tie rod.
