| Castle BEC 2.0
Hi All, I recently got the castle 2.0 bec wp. I am running a stock axial 3 channel rx. I noticed two wires to The rx- I don’t have a forth channel- can I use one of the two wires to the Rx or do I need both wires from the bec to the rx? Thanks Peter |

I have run 1 wire to the rx. One is only for setup anyway.

The CC Bec 2.0 has two outputs. You can use one for your RX and one for some thing else. Both giving the voltage you set via castle link. Gesendet von meinem Pixel 2 XL mit Tapatalk |

I have a few 2.0 bec's that I use to send power straight to the steering servo because my flysky receivers don't like passing enough amperage for many of the stronger servos. I found I had to connect just the ground wire from the otherwise unused connector to the receiver, otherwise I got weird glitching. Just thought others might find this info helpful.

Have advice...and a question, as I'm looking to install the CC BEC 2.0 in a could of vehicles. Physically, the easiest way to install any external BEC, without having to cut/pull wires, is to use the HH Receiver Bypass Adapter (he makes a single servo version, as well as a dual servo version). The + & - gets soldered to the batter leads, then, all you have to do is plug the servo(s) into the female connector(s) on the adapter, and plus the male connector(s) into the appropriate Channels on the Rx. So, now that you have an easier way of wiring an external BEC, here's my question: How do you go about programming the CC BEC 2.0? I still plan on using the ESC's internal BEC @ 6.0V (for lighting, as well as the dig servo on my Capra), but I want to set the CC BEC 2.0 to 7.4V for the steering servo (servos, in the case of one vehicles, which will have 4WS). To be honest, I haven't actually purchased the BECs, so maybe the answer is on a piece of paper that comes with the BECs...but, I figured, it couldn't hurt to ask n advance. This way, I might have the info before I even order the BECs. ~ More peace, love, laughter & kindness would make the world a MUCH better place |

Panther6834, love the HH bypass harnesses, been using them for years. Could make my own, but Holmes bypass harness are well made and priced right. CCBEC2.0 Waterproof is programmed using the Castle Link: CC BEC 2.0 Waterproof Voltage Regulator |
