I don’t think we’d see light separation from dual headlights at this scale.

It’d be cool, especially a rally car, but a mog rtr seems to be the shortest leap for axial.

If horizon were to do something on road I’d imagine it’d be as vaterra.

Well I can see a Gladiator body in the future. A rally release would be funny timing since a lot of the locals have picked up rally cars themselves, however they're all Slash 4x4 based which are pretty hard to beat for just bashing/casual racing.

I doubt axial is teasing something for another product in a different Horizon brand? Wouldn't that be the first time they've done that?

If you look at the higher quality photo that Axial has on Facebook it definitely looks like two trucks side by side and not the Smokey and the Bandit Firebird I saw at first. The truck on the right clearly has a light bar in that photo. Again, checkout the high res photo. Link below.

Besides, when is the last time a teaser, especially from Axial, has been anything that blew us away?

I think teasers are now used to generate hype that the release wouldn't generate on its own.

Nope. I've yet to be excited enough to buy a kit or rtr rig from any brand. If they came up with a comp kit they could blow the doors off the sportsman class with 90% off the shelf parts they already make.
