those grabbers are SWEET!!!!
for sure its not a new body for the CR-12 since those say 4.65x1.9 on the sidewall.

*Ditto with Danza up there!
still holding out to see what all is about to get released between reveals at Proline BTF, and axialfest. but looks like the axial reveal of the 1/24 crawler was received like a fart in church.
so we got this here element thingy, an SSD thingy, and MAYBE another axial thingy coming?
GREAT timing... my birthday is next month so... *rubs hands together in eager anticipation*

An SSD truck would be absolutely amazing. SSD is one company that seems to do most everything brilliantly. Not pumped on this association thing at all.

I guess a scale drivetrain would have made for a higher priced rig. Oh well. Another skid mounted motor/cluster of gears it is.

*patiently waits for SSD to bring the sickness so I can get something RAD for my 40th* ;)

The front bumper mount & shock hoops has a lack of attention to detail, making this thing look like an “Off the shelf from China” with a few AE touches. Nothing interesting here so far, & I don’t have high hopes for this thing.

Shocks look straight from AE's race kits, these definitely have the potential pass the TRX4 for best stock shocks.

The Element/AE guys seem to be indicating that it isn't just a regular 3 gear trans and with how wide the bottom of the trans case is, I'm inclined to believe that. My hope is they managed to build a decent amount of front overdrive into there, then that is a pretty significant transmission development.

Front axle pic.

One piece helical gear/locker, bolt on aluminum steering arms, BTA steering. Looks like some good stuff in there.

Okay okay... Yeah this is actually looking decent.
You had me at "not portals" lol

Also noticed the fairlead built into the bumper... They really do want you to servo winch this thing. Me likey.

I’m really liking what I see so far, the UMG10 just went on the back burner.

Well this at least is a much better reveal than a 1/24 Deadbolt. I like the higher clearance chassis and the shocks look promising.

It appears to be a modified Stealth trans. Would be interesting to see what it looks like on the inside. But if it shares some parts with the race kits, then long term parts support should be in our favor as the stealth has been around for a long time.

Regarding the transmission case, I’m picturing two output gears, of different tooth counts, which would produce an overdrive/underdrive configuration!
