Vanquish machined rod ends.

They come in black and clear. Like all vanquish stuff they are pricey, but if you are a rod end killer they will be they will get you through the end of the day. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...c4a37c8f05.jpg

Do these offer any advantage over plastic rod ends or are these just for bling?

Apparently you can adjust the tension on the ball as it wears and as mentioned above if you're a rod end killer these should hold up better.
