Question Traxxas Red or White Springs?

Which set of Traxxas springs are softer, the white rustler springs or the red tmaxx ones? I have the red ones on my crawler but I was thinking that it might do better with the white ones.

Whichever of the 2 have more coils would be the softest of them... Not sure how many coils are on the whites, but, the reds are pretty soft...

Looks like the whites have one more coil than the reds... If that's the case, then the whites would be a bit softer...

I did some lookin' around and I can't find anything for a Traxxas MAXX spring rate chart anywhere...:/

So if the white ones are softer but have more coils would they give me more flex?

Only if the reds don't fully compress... Otherwise, move the shock bottoms in more for a more vertical setting and that'll allow the links and axles to flex more...

If the shocks is fully compressing, chaning the springs won't affect how much articulation you get... More isn't always better in that respect... Anything more than 70 or 80 degrees can and usually does end ya up flipping over more ofent.. Expecially on the off-camber stuff... I learned that the hard way with 90 degrees... Now I'm limited to no more than 70...
