Default Another not so leftover build...

So after checking out dezfan's nugget build, i got the bug to try and build something similar..also because i hadn't built anything in over a year , i decided to go with the injora R1 inspired chassis , i have some tlt-1 shocks left, about a dozen or so...a redcat tranny or an r2..traxxas half shafts, assorted lenght links, also aluminum rod and rod ends to build more links, some vodoo 1.9 tires i havent used, chanquish beadlocks, hw1080 and a 35t holmes trailmaster, a 3ch flysky receiver for one of the 3 hacked gt3b ,i am waiting on the chassis to arrive(about 2 weeks from now) and trying to decide what axles to get..

chassis..

I did an R1 chassis on scx10 axles and it was a go getter with 2.2 tires. Hiding the battery was the only hard part so I ran some 2s 1200mAh packs under the rear deck with a Velcro strap. I eventually sold it off last summer due to lack of use really since it was so easy to run. Where ever you pointed it, it would go.

Nice. I did the same thing when I saw the thread about that injora chassis and the nugget thread. Lol

Chassis ordered and started organizing leftover parts. My original (upgraded) e10 axles, an scx10 trans, e10 driveshafts, and any number of shocks I have around. Tires will probably be my original bomber bfgs.

The only other thing I know I needed for a complete buggy was links. I'm going to make links from 6x2.5mm aluminum tube.

My chassis is in NJ per the latest tracking. Hopefully I'll be able to get started on it in the next couple weeks.

My own take on this chassis, i have one test drive so far and i really impressed with it, i have some gmade shocks i might try, i am also waiting some driveshafts and bent links, but this is where its at for the moment.
