SCX10 Deadbolt to Pick up Body?

If I want to mount a Pickup body on a SCX10 Deadbolt chassis, can I lengthen the rear links and lengthen the driveshaft?
What other issues will I run into?
Shock Mounts?

Yeah thats about it, only mess with the rear and leave the front alone. You can scoot the shock towers back using the existing holes in the chassis and if you need them farther back you may be able to turn the shock towers around. They should have an offset leaning forward but if you swap the left with the right you'll get a bit more adjustment.

What is the deal with so many new members including spam links in their posts?

It seems that all of them have been edited as well, almost as if that's when the spam links were added...
