Good scale trail truck for mudding

Right now I have the Axial Gladiator. Want something to play in the mud with since my Gladiator is a shelf queen.
So far my 3 top choices are the Nightrunner, early edition Bronco and TRX sport with Trax possibly.
Mostly be running on trails

I've heard good things about the Traxxas Trax setup.

I'd personally go with a TRX4 Sport. Get the Trax if you want. They also offer a lift kit for more ground clearance.

I'd prefer a truck without portals if getting dirty is the goal. Mud does get into the axles and it's more work cleaning it...just my 2 cents

I vote early Bronco, but swap the axles out for AR60s and put some longer shocks so it clears which ever mud tires you want. I think it would give more of a mud truck look than stock with boggers. Plus you could sell the stock axles to buy the AR60s and possibly get some money back.

I have the Axial F100 on ar60s and the RC4WD Interco boggers which are 5.7x1.8. Works great in mud with the castle BL system I have. If I had to get tires again, I would get the proline 1.9 boggers that are 5.4x1.9. The RC4WD rub a little while turning.
