Default New Element rig to be released at PLBTF 2022. Hard body?

On one of their Instagram "Stories", they showed the Gray Ocho 1.9" wheels surrounded by what looked to be a hard body fender.

Hard body would be a logical step, they did a great job with the KR body.

Look forward to seeing what it is

Normally I’m in the licensed body crowd but I hope it’s an unlicensed unique hardbody that nobody has ever seen before.

I think he meant to say those delrin pivot balls.

Element has been replacing the plastic pivot balls with delrin pivot balls. Still not metal, but better than the previous plastic ones?

Yes, pivot balls... All mine have been metal so far. Delrin is ok, as long as it's not cheap plastic.

From the looks of the teaser, the rear axle is set way toward the back of the body. Goina guess it an older suv of sorts. 1st gen bronco, another scout, ram charger maybe? Or could be some off the wall look-a-like unlicensed body. But i agree, would be nice to see somethin different thats not been done before

The way the tailgate is stamped gives me the impression that the truck bed will be narrow.

Teaser #2 shows 80s style decals. This should be interesting. I can't find the picture on google, but it was on element's instagram story this morning.

It looks like it's a little Samurai called the Bushido. Clever.

Say hello to the Bushido! Bushido - Bushidō is a moral code concerning samurai attitudes, behavior and lifestyle. Built on the super capable Enduro platform, the Bushido features an 11.8" wheelbase new front and rear bumpers, high strength lexan body with molded grill, light buckets, mirrors, snorkel, rear roll bar, and more!!

Nice 11.8" wheelbase will be much easier to build around than the Proline Sumo (10") which is discontinued now.

The overhangs are so short; it looks like it might be a fun truck. The front bumper kind of reminds me a bit of one of the GMade bumpers.
