Try slotting the head of screw with a dremel cutoff wheel, for a flathead screw driver. You'll probably have to sacrifice the horn.

i dont know if this will work but put the screw driver on the screw and full the stripped area with solder

or solder something to the screw and twist it out

Or you could have gone to sears
They have a set of srew extractors for about 30 dollars I thinck.
Basically you put it in a drill and spin it slowley in reverse while putting allot of pressure on the srew. It does a good job.

wouldn't that put a lot of stress on the servo itself?

no not really, no more than you do when you screw the screw in or out.

You could of used alittle 5 minute JB weld on the end of the screw driver and held it to the screw head till it dried then removed it also.
