Found these on line and picked one up to day, charged it and ran it, worked just like any other battery pack. Mine was 26 dollars out the door, not to shabby. 7.2 volt 3300 mAH NiMH 6 cell pack with standard conectors http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=search |

Been using 4 of those packs for over a year now. Still work great and have great punch. Better then my SMC packs. I've used them in everything from club racing, crawling, and high power brushless they just don't want to quit. Told the members of my club about them and they stocked up as well.

Do they give good run times? I was about to go to RS today and pick up a few things. Since i'm running an evx, i wanted to get a twin for my 3600 or 3700 so i can run dual. Hopefully they will have one of those.

I checked the "find them near you" feature on their website. They say instock on the battery pictured at my local RS. I know for a fact that the ones "instock" at my local is not the pack pictured on the site. Just make sure you get the pack with the see through shrink wrap. They other packs are not the same quality GP cells as the one picutred on the site. I love my GP radio shack batteries. Kevin |

The new RS packs are just fine. They have been repackaged and I have been told the new red repackaged packs are no longer the GP 3300 bats. I haven't opened my red packaged pack to check yet though. I do have an old GP pack that works really well. I don't knotice a difference between the new red and old GP packs. The new Red Packs just came out a month ago and the website has not updated the picture. This comes from a Radioshack employee. Edit: Also, One battery gets me through a comp with play time after. I get about 45 min run time or so. They are a good cheap battery pack Last edited by TJ_Shunk; 05-24-2007 at 09:56 AM. |

The cells were made by GP. They are no longer being manufactured, and everything you are buying is basically backstock and overstock inventory. Great cells, too bad GP got out of the battery business.

I have one of the older green GP 3300 battery packs from Radio Shack. I use it in my xxt-cr with a modified motor, and it has held up really well.
