whats your final gear ratio?

what final gear ratio is everyone running? i just switched from a wk tranny to a xx-t tranny and i need to regear now. im looking for your final ratio, not your pinion/spur ratio. thanks. "thumbsup"

ok i went crawling with joemomma95 and im jealous of his wheelspeed. i did some math to compare his and my setup and now im more confused than ever. he has a 45 turn with 15/96 gearing on a wk tranny and wk axles. his final gear ratio is 34.908554:1. the 45t spins up to 9325rpm so divide that by 31.97011 and you get 267.1265 wheel rpm. i have a 55 turn and 31.97011:1 final gearing. a 55t spins 8450rpm, so divde that by 31.97011 and i get 264.30938 wheel rpm. his 267 wheel rpm shouldnt be way faster than my 264 wheel rpm right? am i missing something?

well im knew any im running 87t spur and a 13t pinion gear i like that ratio

TLT axles with a Pede tranny and 12/87 gearing is 52.4:1
WK axles with a Pede tranny and 12/87 gearing is 57.5:1
WK axles with a XXX tranny and 12/90 gearing is 52.5:1
TLT axles with a XXX tranny and 12/90 gearing is 47.8:1

My WK running a XXX-NT tranny with a GD600 instead of a spur gear is sitting at 45:1

Hope all that helps.

Don't be jealous of the wheelspeed, someday you might be like me:shock:  ...

Seriously though, I have no idea about any of this so I'll keep my nose out of it...can't imagine how you figure out the ratios and stuff I just tried something and it works(for me). What can I say the heavy throttle is my friend, I really don't know what I'd do without any crazy wheelspeed"thumbsup" ...

We still gonna do Bisbee next weekend?

To calculate final drive ratio, multiply the pinion/spur ratio (spur divided by pinion) times the tranny ratio, times the axle ratio. I actually made a spreadsheet to do the math, I just plug in the ratios.
