Default Rock crawler track

I saw a website showing how to make a artificial rock crawl course for 2.2 and below.
Site:http://www.axialracing.com/ftp/rockcourse/

so I decided to make my own

specs.
hight 4ft
length 8ft
width (on track) 2 1/2ft
materials foam, spray can foam, plywood, old closet racks, two small pond water pumps, and paint.

layout
the shape will be a "z" like track
1 up hill
1 down hill
2 streams
3 "cliffs"
1 bridge crossing
1 log obstacle
and more stuff

Red medium rocks
Green special objects
Brown small rocks
Blue water
yellow large rocks
sorry for crappy pic of layout made it quick

first day
bridge is painted got material

After reading the link, I KNOW a guy could do this way cheaper than that. Maybe use some plaster or floorstone or even a couple bags of ready-mixed concrete, and just slather a fairly thin layer over the foam. Plus it would look more real that way, anyway.

check this out A new place to crawl in Chicagoland! lots of pictures of the course we built at the local hobby shop. I think total price for the "built" section is only about $150
