Default Two-speed trans options?

I'm going to be re-building the Gremlin, and I've decided I would like to have two speeds (let's not call it a two-speed trans, let's just call it high and low range )

I've looked at E-maxx trannies, Summit trannies, and the R2 2-speed ($$$)

I want something with a wide range. I'm planning on giving the thing a SERIOUS power infusion and I want to be able to crawl but then kick it into high gear and sling some mud!

I have the R2-2speed and I love it. Depending on what motor and pinion gear you are going to run will depend on how well it crawls and spins mud. It was pretty fast with the stock 8 tooth in there, well fast for a crawler, but, I recently put in a 14t and I can't wait to see the difference.
