I picked up two of the Fully Detailed lr3 bodies, and was wondering what chassis you guys have used for it. Im thinking of the MSD UTE Chassis, RPP Outback chassis, or haveing the scale shop make one. the wheelbase is 11.5. I mocked an old Diaz Chassis I had laying around, and it looks like an upside down R2 will tuck away rather nicely. Just looking for help before spending some money To the big three listed(sure there is more out there) Ill donate a body if you want to build a chassis for it.... Thanks Last edited by nmanuel01; 05-28-2009 at 12:25 PM. |

they all should work. they have some adjustability so you can get 11.5 easily. luckily 11.5 is a pretty standard wb. we can have an all LR3 scale trail run when you get it done, lol. You, julio, chris, me and a few others... ![]() |

What about being different and building it with independent suspension like the 1:1? ![]() That's what a buddy is doing for me: ![]() But otherwise, like Pablo said, those 3 should work. |

Well I've decided to save myself a headache, and the LR3 is heading to Texas. I'm getting a custom chassis done by TSS! |
