| scale courses
hey everyone, Ive been looking at alot of rock crawling courses, but what do you scale folks use when your at home? like is there any scale courses? like a mud pit, water, alittle rock, ect.. all ive seen were pure rock crawling courses like big pile of rocks, but i dont think scale crawlers are that good on rocks. do any of you guys have any scale courses? if so i would love to see them!

I used tupper ware and burried it down in the "mud" Section of my course. Made bridges out of sticks, And took river rocks and cracked them in half with a hammer to give traction and scale looks to my course

I'm still waiting to see an old Putt Putt Course converted to a crawler course... Some of the courses I've seen, rivers, water falls, caves, etc, etc would be a real adventure.... Each "hole" is a new section "terrain" that leads to the next. Each section would have the easy, med, hard lines.. time how long it takes to get as many points per section... Just a thought...

When I had my scale FJ, I was making somewhat scale trails. I cleared a trail out in the woods with a stone rake and added branches, rocks no larger than a basketball, and used some of the stream that ran through the area. It turned out pretty nice.

Sweet! im gonna be building a 8' long table top crawler course for my Mrc. How heavy are the courses like that? They would seem pretty light...
