Default Maisto 1:16 2dr JK Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

I searched and didn't find any pix or info
Has anyone used this body?
from what i can find the dimensions are 15.5 x 8.5 x 7.5 inches which is just a tad longer and wider than the 1/10 Tamiya CC-01 YJ at 15x7.5x5

remember that the dimensions are from bumper to bumper. which are huge. and the tires are realy wide. so the body of that is probably around 12 in long probably 6in wide and about 4.5 in tall.

Good call. I didnt think about that. I was busy looking at the dimensions of other hardbodys and didnt take the wheels and bumpers into it
It might be good for a VMG/MRC or MiniQlo

it would probably fit perfect on an mrc! i have a 1/14 scale rover on mine.
Dimensions: 13"L x 6"W x 4"H
it fits pretty damn good!

it doesnt have the big bumpers or tires.
heres a link.

I find it odd that they would go to such lengths to make some of these toy bodies so realistic, then slap on those bizarre bumpers and wheels.

right? lol i hate the bumpers... they are usually half the size of the truck... but then again thats why we rip the body off and make it look like it should!

I have to admit i wonder it myself. it almost seems like they hired someone for the body and another person to make it run. either way it works out for all of us here

I really like the final product, I bet this Jk would look sick with cut flairs on an MRC.
I think I may pick up a miniQlo and make it more scale if this body isnt wide

the body length from end to end is 10 3/4" width is 5 1/2"
the body looks the same as the pix. the body seems to be molded in once piece other than the black windows.
I guess if you wanted to do an interior that would make it a tiny bit easier lol
this may still be good for a MRC but i think its closer to a VMG or MiniQlo
I'll try and get better pixs tomorrow

I would have if i had an MRC
the pic kronic posted is the same scale and make on an MRC just with the rover body instead of the JK.
I still have this jeep gathering dust if anyone wants a smaller JK
