| remote control led lights
I went to a flea market and found a booth that sold led lights 12v and 120 I bought about 6 feet of 12v white and 2 feet of red ,I asked the salesman if he had any switches cause I wanted to put an off/on switch on my blazer ,he said he did but they were really bulky but then he suggested a remote control switch that turns them off and on but also dims and flashes .it is super easy to wire up you can wire it to your receiver or its own 3cell battery I have a 2 cell and it works fine .I had previously bought a light kit for my blazer from rpp so I just wired it to the controller and it works awesome.i have not installed any of the led's but they are water proof and 12v as long as you cut them every 3 lights and silicone the ends.the best part I like is the on and off switch and the fact that I can dim them really low .i'll get some pics up in a bit.

Sounds like what I have on my rig. I run all my lights through it and it's nice to be able to dim them way down sometimes. The range is quite limited and I'm not a fan of carrying around the extra remote but for the price it can't be beat! |

I have the same one as above. It is also able to make them flash, both speed and type of flash are adjustable. This gives multiple effects, kinda cool. Light bars, head lights, tail lights... lots of options. It also allows you to turn them off completely. If the battery is unplugged the lights will, return to the last function used.
