|  How to remove the new bright from new bright windsheilds's Hey guys i am getting a new bright jeep jk four door tomorrow. everything except the new bright on the windsheild has been taken off already but i want to remove that. What do i use to remove this with huh thanks guys. Tundrafan01. |

Most guys use nail polish remover, but make sure its the kinda WITHOUT acetone (?) or whatever it is. They make it "with" and "without" something, im pretty sure its acetone.

I've used Mother's Brand Aluminum Polish to rub it out. This will also work in cases where the "New Bright" lettering has been applied to painted parts of the body. Narly1 |

I sanded mine. My windshield had the New Bright on it and mud all over it from there new design with the muddy Jeep. I took my 3" DA(Dual Action) sander and started with 600 grit sand paper, then stepped up 800, 1000, 1200, 1500 then 3000. Then I put a 3" white compound pad on the sander and used 3M rubbing compound, then finished it off with a black foam pad and foam pad polishing glaze. Came out awesome and looks brand new. I did the same to all of the light and turn signal lenses also to get the mud off of them. I will try and get some pics up later of what it looks like now. |

ive used goo gone ,ive also used fingernail polish remover on one that had the mud on it to get it off also
