thanks Mayze. i dont have a straight side on view, but here are the rest of the pics i have of this rig. its been in pieces ever since this day. it has a narrowed AR60 under the front end, its just waiting for me to be bothered for time as ive been playing with a much more stock scale build XJ scx10.    enjoy  Last edited by klampykixx; 12-01-2014 at 09:45 PM. |

After picking up my 3rd scx10 wrangler kit, I had become a bit tired of seeing the same Jeep everywhere. So picked this body up at the shop when I picked up the kit because even though I've never owned one, I've always liked the Comanche. It's a pretty stock kit and I use it as my class 2 truck and a loaner for when I have friends want to try scaling. Only changes are Motoworx wheels, Proline scaler shocks, RC4WD side rails and front bumper, Gearhead rc rear shock reloaction kit and shock adjusters (to even out the front after the relocation kit raised the back so much), and aluminum rear upper link mount (fits inside the shocks after being moved) and OD gears up front. Runs great on a Tekin 35t, Sidewinder V3, and Hitec WP5646. Still waiting for a free day to throw my spare winch on, I'll try to get up a new pic when I do. Picked up another mj tonight. My wife enjoys masking windows and small detail work so I let her have at it. Best part is she is a perfectionist. It'll be painted silver I got a light coat and ran out of paint I thought I had more then I did.     |
