Thanks 1badjeepbruiser for the help, its the first time i posted pics

scalecrawler,

the exo is a metal hanger I pulled out of my closet and some small square stock for the under door section. I just soldered it together. The front bumper is actually the rear bumper from the f-150 body.

I got a problem with mine. i have a hummer h2 and got the lift kit and 4wd kit. I got the lift kit on fine, but the 4wd kit is weird. In the front, the gears are locked up. Like it is supposed to use the medium shaft right? But that shaft is binding up the gears. But the short shaft is too small. I need some help realllllllllly bad. I want to get it running, since i have driven it a total of 3 times. If anyone has any tips on getting it to work, that would be awesome. Thanks.
