Default project: MAH guzzler

Since it isnt gas i cant call it gas guzzler. But i just started my first scale project.

so far.
chassi is built and tranny is mounted
body is letting glue dry. (hardbody Toyota land cruiser)

the motor plate wont be up so far that it pokes out of the glass or i might trim it down so it can.

can you guys help me out on how to make Leaf springs?

hahaha yes it is. i was going to make one from carbon fiber but i couldnt find it. I am trying to find someone to make me a Ladder frame so i can do the leaf spring setup.

no its a Toyota Land cruiser hence project MAH guzzler. in real life the suck gas as if it were alchohal.

but i might ditch the mini t tranny and run with a vmg. or if i can find vmg axles ill keep the project rolling.

waht sort of axles are u going to run with that tranny

body is from a tamiya model kit. my uncle is a huge model guy and he has a closet full and i asked him if i could have it specifically for this build.

axles- um idk do you know if i can just buy them like just axles? any help would be great. and yes i want VMG axles

it is a model body. tamiya to be specific. i do not know the length but i can check next time i start working on it.

i am still figuring out the suspension weather or not to do leafs but i was wondering if any one knew a tut on how to make a ladder frame? i think im going to ditch the one i have now and build the scalish one.
