Default Tips for newbies on tires

Whats the best tire to have kinda all around sand,mud,lose dirt,rocks???

That's the beauty of the hobby. Buy a set of tires that you think will and if they don't, buy another set! Some tires that are VERY popular and will work in the terrain you're asking about are:

So whats better 1.9 or 2.2 or do tge both serve a particular perpose??

The 1.9 and the 2.2 series tires are referring to the wheel size, not the tire size. In both the 1.9 and 2.2 series tires, the tire height ranges from 3" to close to 6".

1.9 series wheels will have more scale options for tires. 2.2 series are kind of lacking as far as the scale tire tread. It all depends on how you want your truck to look and how hard/easy you want obstacles to be.

Do remember you'll have to gear down if you get 2.2s due to the higher rolling resistance and bigger diameter.
