| Help with a build: Tamiya FJ Cruiser
Hello - I would like to recreate the modified Toyota FJ Cruiser shown in this photo. I just ordered the Tamiya FJ Cruiser kit but I've heard that the CC-01 chassis isn't so great. Can I get some recommendations on a better chassis and how I might go about getting the right wheelbase, lift kit effect, wheels and tires to get close to this? The custom fenders are also a great touch but I'm not expecting to find a 1/10 equivalent. Getting the wheel size and lift right is my biggest focus. Budget isn't a major factor so please let me know of any crazy ideas. Thanks! Last edited by THX_138; 04-19-2014 at 10:44 PM. Reason: Image size limit 800x600 |
