Ive been doing a bit or searching around and cant seem to find anything.. i wanna put the battery in my bed closest to the cab. im just curious to see if others have done this and what they have done to cover the battery?

any pictures are very welcomed!

Most people drop one of these tool boxes in the back and put the battery in it. Tuff Truck Saddle Tool Box for Trail Finder 2

Shit.. Forgot to mention that I can't really so that.. I am running a canopy from dinky..

so build a tool box that fits in between the bed rails.

If its in a canopy then its already pretty well hidden. put some Velcro on the battery and in the bed to hold it in place. Then just cover the battery with whatever, two ideas might to be either build a wooden crate out of something like popsicle sticks to cover it or make a tarp, you can soak some cloth in white glue thinned with water and then form it to the shape you need. If your just wanting to protect it from water or something, maybe a radio shack project box?
