Exclamation ATTENTION: Sporty/custom transmission input thread

I'm dabbling around the idea of being a vendor and making custom, small footprint transmissions for the RCC community.

I won't give out great details right now, because it is a "table napkin" idea, but I would like everyone's input on how it would best fit your application. I would like for it to work in Sportys and custom rigs that demand a small transmission. As well as have the ability to run a single output or dual outputs.

-What type of gear reduction would best benefit everyone?
-Mounting hole pattern?
-Weight
-Design (boxy or have multiple arcs)
-Size outputs

I should also mention that this will be a VERY limited run at first. When it picks up, I might be able to make more, as long as supplies stay available.

If there is anything else that you guys would like to see, please feel free to say so. If this gets up and running, I'll make sure to include little pieces to better suit you and the rig.

Thanks!!

I've been a member here for 2 years... I know how the rules work. If a mod feels that this is rule breaking, then THEY will tell me to buy a vendor star, not a member that has the same value as me.

Technically this isn't a "feeler" thread. This is a thread to see what the community wants before I make the commitment to be a vendor. A feeler thread would be about a product that I already have made and want to gauge the possible opportunities.

How else am I supposed to build something if I don't know what to put into it?
