| Drive Lines Remove
Okay, got a question. Bought a used rig, and can't get drive lines out. Seems like pins were put in with some kind of lock tight. They won't move. The hex driver is ready to strip. Any ideas?

Try heating them up with a heat gun. If you have a micro torch and they're metal parts, you can get away with pinpoint heat where if you're careful, you won't mess up the plastic parts.

Ahhh, thanks for the speedy reply. Will try heat. Also thought of cutting them out. And replacing them. Last resort I guess. Cheers.

I use a small tip on a soldering iron to heat it. If you have one, it's great for getting heat only where it's needed. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk |

Okay, got them out with heat. Used a small heat gun that I use on shrink tube. Took a lot of heat with hard twisting of hex driver. Big thanks for all the advice. Cheers. |
