I hate lugging my rigs to comp spots! I usually keep them in single strap duffel bags, one (or 2) over each shoulder. After a few mins of hiking through the woods/parking lot... my shoulders are killing me. No longer! I just picked up this Kelty Redwing 50 backpack from REI's (Garage Sale) for $85. It's great! Nearly the whole top unzips to make access very easy. Lot's of pockets for tools, batteries and water bottles. Nice supportive suspension straps and minor frame. I haven't tried it yet, but I think I can strap a 2nd rig to the outside. I'll get pics with a rig inside, these are all from the web. It'll easily fit a C3. |
