Front mounted Summit trans under hood?
 

Has anyone mounted a summit transmission under the hood so there is room for a 3D interior? Ive seen one build a few years ago with the trans under the hood, but it was a custom tube buggy. I mocked everything up and think I can get it under the hood of most bodies using an SCX chassis with room for a CMS. I'm just curious to see if anyone else has done this. I didn't find anything from searching.
FWIW right now I'm using Jason's mount and would rather use the same beefy summit trans rather than buy the parts to beef up the stock SCX transmission. Id rather use the money for something one of the HH brushless outrunners next time they are available
