Looks like it. Also looks like the link mounts are not on the main axle housing.

Bumper mounts look to be Axial style.

Steering servo is not on the US side.

Love the shocks, T-case, body, bumpers, wheels... not sure about the chassis, maybe it's just the color, I hope one day you'll be able to buy a scale chassis that goes with a specific bodies, a bit like RC4WD does

The shock/link mounts on the axle look to be clamp or slide on, similar to a WheelyKing. Not a terrible idea, but I'd like double sheer mounts for those vital components, and it wouldn't mean breaking an axle housing if a link tab breaks.

Me thinks that the shocks look VERY powerstoke-esque, which would be a good thing! I was wondering if they would use the old WK GRU as a trans, but that question has now been answered. I'm liking everything that I see on this rig, I think that I will finally have a fun scaler rig to run hard and not worry about destroying a styrene body that has too many hours of work put into it. I'm hoping that the lexan body will not have the body post holes already in there, so that we can make hidden mounts and not have to cover up open holes.

The shock/link mounts do look like cast aluminum, should be pretty strong imho. I do hope HPI does offer other body options like the FJ 60,70,80s that all had solid axles. I'd buy a few just to drool over!
