Tube chassis suspension?

I'm curious as to whether or not it's possible to have a tube chassis such as the wraith cage or another brand of cage like that with leaf springs underneath it?

Not to my knowledge. Your best bet would be to make your one chassis. And why leaf springs?

I would say anything is possible if you tried hard enough. If you Look at f-toy builds they have tube chassis typically with leaf sprung suspension. I don't know about the wraith due to the lack of a channel frame. However you could get creative and do channel subframe or get your hands on a TSS wraith frame kit. If you did that would could probably get leafs mounted up. I think your challenge would be that with the wraith chassis the skid plate would be wider that your leaf hangers and that might do some funky things to the rigs roll center. But hell, give it a shot and if you do post pics!

Anything's possible. Probably more difficult with something like a plastic Wraith chassis, but for steel you can just weld/braze whatever kind of mounts on there just like you would in a 1:1 situation....which it'd be unlikely someone'd go all out with a full tube chassis and choose leafs. On an F-Toy, these are typically tube cage/chassis mated with the original box frame of the truck, which is why you see leaf springs common on those.

Why would you go backwards in time? What about a IFS set up?? Huummmmmm on a wraith or custom tube chassis???
Now that's being creative

just for the record the traxass trx4 frame rails mount perfictly on the chineese wraith cage and wiuld be alot easyer to leaf spring i havent tryed fitting them to the plastic cage though
