| Re: 1.9 Barrage RTR 1/10 Crawler They are RC4WD Rampage sliders for the Trail Finder 2. Part number Z-S1371. You need to drill holes in the frame to mount them, hut it's pretty easy. I did not use the backing plates that come with it. Just used Spacers as washers on the inside of the frame rail and they are really on there solid |

To get the shocks to lay down, I purchased a set of Hot Racing Adjustable Offset Multi Shock Mounts - Part#SCX28M01. They pretty much just bolt on sideways to the stock shock hoops to give you the lateral attachment points for the top of the shock. But you need to grind away a small amount of material off the stock shock hoops to get them to sit flush. This things' now a real performer. I just got back from Pro-Line by the Fire and ran it on some amazing courses. It absolutely hangs with my bigger rigs on the rocks. | |

So I epoxy Locked both my factory spools. Of course when I was running 3s and being stupid with rc4wd metal wheels I snapped an axles right at the wheel. Now wondering if rebuilding like scratch or upgrading is best. I have an empty set of scx10 stock plastic axles. Any ideas would be great. I can’t find the Everest spool and I am not gonna put the stock plastic one back no matter what. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Here is another location for spools. Its the ftx version and in the UK. For one shipped to me is just below $25. https://alshobbies.co.uk/ftx/FTX-OUT...ge=6&limit=100 |

That's where I got mine, they came pretty fast with bearings and exactly as described, no problems at all and I am in Colorado.

Man I should trim my gen 1 body to look like that. I just bought a proline samurai body but haven't had to paint it up yet. Fun little trucks! Also grabbed mine off the pegboard wrong and snapped the front bumper right at the bracket. Do I order an scx10 mount? Rc4wd adapter? Or get a bumper that mounts to the outsides of the frame rails? |

I have my scx10 mount that is already modified to fit not being used. Haven't heard feed back on the rc4wd adaptor. Scaler fab makes a nice barrage bumper that mounts to the outside of the rails. |

I have the RC4WD bumper adapters. I believe they are designed to allow you to run certain TF2 bumpers only. I don't know if the mounting post holes are quite the right width to allow you to run SCX10/II bumpers with post-style mounts. I used Hillbilly's modification technique to get Axial plastic SCX10 bumper mounts to work. I found it easier working with plastic mounts than aluminum. The plastic mounts come with some of the old bumper sets - like AX80125 SCX10 Poison Spyder JK Brawler Lite Front Bumper. You can can get these pretty cheap now. Hi, Probably over the 55 pages someone already asked for it, but i need some of your help: 1) I will be installing rally truck body on it, this body will be sitting very high. Does anyone has a recommendation on body mount (tower) extensions? I can make one but I would rather prefer to buy one that fits. I need them to be 3 x higher. 2) Since my rally truck body will be higher I need to add more weight to the bottom, anyone been adding weight to this chassis? Brass recommendation? Thank you |
