Just saw this. $180 1/10 1.9 Barrage RTR Crawler Looks like MRC running gear. Looks like parts are interchangeable with their 1/18 Temper comp crawler. A mashup of those axles and MRC? 1.9 4WD Barrage Brushed RTR | HorizonHobby Last edited by THX_138; 01-21-2017 at 10:11 AM. |

That's interesting. I just posted a body in the classifieds that would work awesome. That's a fun size to play with. Kind of between the micro stuff and the rest of the 1/10 stuff.

This is interesting. 9.9 inch wheelbase and 7.7 inch width makes this damn near identical in dimensions to the CC-01 so Tamiya bodies and a lot of 1/12 scale New Bright/Nikko bodies would be perfect. It looks like CVDs come standard from looking over the parts list. The tires are awesome looking but if they suck, any class 1 tire is an option (PBX A/Ts would be great). Those weird mounting bosses coming off the bottom of the axle housing look like they will need to be chopped off immediately for any performance. I may pick one up. My son just turned 1, that's old enough for his own truck, right? |

10WB will be perfect for Tamiya bodies.

Looks pretty good. I have a coupon code for 10% right now too that would put it at $162. I guess the next competition would be a MST CMX at $200 for a roller without a body.......I think the CMX chassis looks a lot nicer, but this is still tempting... |

I'd rather just get the Temper and have a few extra dollars in my pocket to turn it into a swb scaler. I'm not the target market for this truck though. In fact, I found a few dirt cheap Tempers. After the rear lockouts and chassis are available, I'll still have cash to get a nice Zuki body. |

| Re: 1.9 Barrage RTR 1/10 Crawler No, I don't. I don't need to own one to tell that it's a horrible parts bin design. Sorry, not exactly a clone, but this is the one I was referring to. http://www.towerhobbies.com/products.../rerc1030.html Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk |
