How hard would it be to put leafs under this thing? Just to get around the shock clearance issue. Probably cheaper to just get a tf2 chassis but... no challenge lol Love these budget 1:12 rigs. |

When using leaf spring how is articulation? I've not researched much in leaf springs but think that would look amazing for scale truck. Sent from my SM-S920L using Tapatalk |

There are some tricks such as the Chino mod to get leafs to flex.

| Re: RGT bronco That has been posted everywhere, there is another clone based in the UK also. The base of all the rigs mentioned are the same they start to differ when it comes to body, electronics, and wheels and tires. Also the same mods everyone is doing works for all the rigs.

Just got my RGT crawler. Toyota rock cruiser body. Been having loads of fun with it. Just today was playing around with it, and found that the rear left wheel had on grip. The other three wheels clawing for traction on the firewood pile it was climbing over. Just that one wheel with no power.

Couple possibilities, the pin in the wheel hex broke/fell out/hex stripped in wheel or the locker in the diff stripped. Should be easy to see which it is, hold the two rear wheels and turn them in opposite directions. If the wheel nut spins around in the center of the wheel it is the hex, hex pin, or stripped wheel, if the wheel and nut still turn together then the axle is slipping in the locker. |

Has anybody got any ideas on how to gain more shock travel in the front without having the chassis bottom out on top of the servo? I noticed after wanting to attempt the barrage mod of flipping the chassis braces that I can't do that with the RGT, as the shock towers and chassis braces are all one piece for front and rear. Short of buying actual ECX ST's and CB's, I've got no idea what to do. I already flipped trays, but I haven't re-secured my rx or esc yet, so, it's not entirely set in stone. Whatever you guys got goin on, let me know!
