I think they all left at the same time. Pretty sure the ones for the USA are already in the country just delayed for some reason.

Maybe Traxxas put in a block on them for patent infringement or something like that. Sad... just sad.

I'd honestly like to see a few pics/vids get posted from the folks that already have one.

Do you know how they did? Can't seem to wrap my head around having that battery tray in the rear.

Sent a request to join the group. Once it has been accepted I'll ask them.

Great! I used to have a nicely modded 1:1 FJ Cruiser with an ARB bumper. Sold it to build the house, wife and I miss it now.

Hi joseph i didnt do timed runs but it seemed to do fine. As the comp was focused on scale crawlers and realism points (SORCCA rules) i would have to consider adding a hard body and interior to be competitive.

That said it didnt seem any better than my trx4 which ended up in 5th place not far from the leaders.

For me i dont think its a comp based truck but a good driver can still do well i think.

The ARB Nitrocharger shocks would be perfect for that since Toyota works with ARB.

Love it with the C1 tires on it! Were these couple trucks owned by individuals or were they Youtubers with free trucks? The latter is all that I've seen so far and not many of them.

Well, Amain is one of the 2 US distributors now so what they say is probably pretty solid info.

They are individual owned. Most hobby shops in my area in Melb have them on the shelf.

HPI must be nuts! Or at least ripmax or whoever bought out HPI.

Every rc site and forum is asking when is the HPI .... rc back in stock, road cars, savage's, 5b's, parts....

The lack of rc's kits is bad enough, to hold all parts supply is not fair to all the people that bought into a HPI

Very sad

I asked HPI what the problem is and they dodged the question (just said "complicated reasons", I think somebody messed up either the customs docs or the distributor contracts...) but said they think US distributors should receive them by next weekend.

I don't believe anything they say anymore though..

It's so strange. Here in Norway, most boring country in the world, the Venture seems to be in stock aplenty. Usually we're years behind USA in everything cool. Why do WE get it early... weird.
