SCX10 II or TRX4- I cant decide!

So I have been looking into my next scale rig and I am torn between the SCX10 II and the TRX4. I have the SCX10 II and I love it, but the TRX4 is an exciting new release, then i have driven one and the servo is extremely weak, and it is top heave, and the SCX10 II would provide a body and axle housings for another build, and compatibility with my other 3 Axial rigs. Feedback would be great.

I always like variety, but that's me... The Traxxas body issues are easily rectified, and all RTR servos are basically bottom-rung. Although my Ascender hasn't had any issues yet (already have a full set of new electronics, figured I'd drive it stock first!).

If you already have a SCX get a TRX... Swap out the servo, tape the vent holes on the rims and you are good to go man.. Its such a fun capable rig!

For fun fact get TRX-4, more options parts to boost your crawler rig get SCX10 II kit. Personally preference

Why can't you just to the hardbody on the TRX

I'm in exactly the same dilemma... Though I don't have an SCX10 2, I have a modified TF2.

I was always going to get the Axial, then came the TRX4... I have an LC70 body which i want to find a chassis for and using either one of these would be my easiest bet... ( Not looking for realism btw)..

If thats to me, I want to build it coils - performance challenge truck. Have a modded TF2 on leafs already :-).

I have two perfectly fine scx10 based leaf spring rigs. Really how hard is it to buy or make tubes, slap on some packs and shim out mounts?

As much as I want to have leafs, the scx10 has many parts that I already have because of my other scx10 and wraith. So this would be a semi realistic build.

Nothing terrible) on portals this body, too, normally looks! In the photo the truth is my mst cfx-W.





Here it is necessary to proceed from two things: axle trx4 wider than the scx10 and trx 4 will not be able to keep a full interior. Plus on the scx10 chassis to install a full cabin still have to carry the engine under the hood. Proceed from the fact that the scx10 body will look like a drain. And 4 trx you can build a more prepared option on wheels!

Get the TRX-4. The future of the SCX10 II platform is up in the air at this point. It's no secret that I'm not the biggest Axial fan either. Their plastics quality isn't up to the level of the competition.
