Im willing to bet, this rig might be easy enough to put some actual 10.2 rails under to make it class 1 legal. Of course a few other things need to be looked at, but it is doable! I have to get a couple... Sent from my LGMP260 using Tapatalk |

The big question, for me, is still whether or not this gets new plastics. If not Axial can keep it.

Although, if you read my comment again, you'll see that I did say a new 10iii Also, I meant od/ud inside the trans just like my TGH transmission. I think they should all come that way.

| Re: A new AXIAL I'm wondering if I could just buy the frame & skid, Plus the body panels and make the same thing out of my 2.2 Wraith Spawn Kit.

| Re: A new AXIAL I'm hoping the same, I don't even need body panels, I already have a bronco wraith body. I just need the "chassis rails" and skid, unless it shares skill with 10.2 in which case I already have several of those too. This kinda makes me want to revive my 1.9 Bronco wraith build I started and never got around to finishing.

You know, watching the running vid, it just has a new and improved look to it, since the new owners took over they put some umph into it. I see a whole new AXIAL coming out. On a different note , all the company's do/does read everything on here. Maybe the plastics are different now? My just my 2 sense(lol) |

Plus let's be honest here, this is Axial plastic we're talking about. It's much more likely to bend in half than break.

This Wraith 1.9 is interesting now that there's more info but I'm still finding it hard to justify over having two trucks on the TRX4 platform that can share parts. The 2 speed, portals, presumably more durable metal parts (links, axle hubs and stuff) that come factory and the versatility of the platform is what's keeping me from exploring - still have lots left to try on the TRX4s. I guess the solution is to eventually end up with THREE trucks, haha. Last edited by jessedacri; 03-14-2019 at 02:22 PM.

I wish axial would be like traxxas release a truck and in the hobby shops a few days later, axial is the waiting game. I do like the rig, its something new vs re-branded with a new shell.

I called my lhs and they had just one in stock, so I asked them to hold it, then took an extended lunch and raced into town to get it. For some time I've wanted to be an early adopter of some new rig/platform, and this orange Wraith 1.9 tickled my fancy! Last edited by johnnyluv; 03-14-2019 at 04:05 PM. |

Nice catch! Question for ya, does it look like those panel graphics are decals? I'd want to remove them from the black one and do my own detailing... My least favorite aspect of the original Wraith was the front bumper. I really prefer this style. Now, I want a canvas top for it. Might add a windshield, too. Hang on a sec, I don't own one yet! |
