| 1/6 Capo Suzuki Samurai/Jimny Shock Oil Weight
For those of you that own this vehicle what shock weight would you recommend? Or for all those of you who have been into RC crawling a long time (I am new to this, this is my first vehicle)? I am thinking 80? But would that be too much? The Samurai weighs about 15 pounds, I'd like it to move realistically. |

I can't speak for your Capo, but I built a 1/6 Jeep that when loaded with accessories, roll cage, & figures (GI Joe and Barbie), that weighed in at 14 3/4 lbs, I'm using 50wt. Nice flex and rebound. It's a starting point, you might have to experiment until you find the right viscosity. Here's another Capo thread with some videos, maybe you can get some info there: Capo 1/6 Suzuki Samurai |
