I'm liking the fact that they have a new portal design with a shorter drop than what's already available. However the cover doesn't index to the box which could lead to alignment issues gear bind and possibly premature bearing failure. No reduction is a bit of a disappointment as well. I get the reason for CVD's due to packaging instead of unis but am still waiting patiently for someone to offer a stout portal with more steering. With this being their 3rd portal offering, I'm hopeful that the tolerances are tight and the bolts are enough to keep things aligned. |
